WP2: Development of a framework for the delivery of the training curriculum

The WP2 aims to investigate how young people and youth institutions are applying the process of personal brand and digital marketing, intercultural management and leadership skills and their level of awareness of how they can implement these activities in their teaching/learning and mentoring activities.

WP3: Development of training curriculum for the design and delivery of the comprehensive training package with personal brand and digital marketing, intercultural management and leadership skills

The WP3 aims to define the content of the training curriculum following a modular approach based on the learning objectives from WP2 in which the new curriculum will include modules for young women in the thematic areas of personal brand and digital marketing, intercultural management and leadership skills.

WP4: Delivery of a series of transnational mentoring forum in project countries

The WP4 aims to motivate young women to be engaged online, ont only with digital learning options but also with suitable activities for reaching out people with fewer opportunities, by organissing transnational mentoring forum open and freerly – so as to create inclusive environments fostering equity and equality, responsive to the needs of the wider community. 

WP5: Dissemination and Exploitation Activities

The WP5 is aiming to reach out as many as possible potential beneficiaries leading to sustainability and transferability of project and it is an ongoing activity throughout the project. It is based on an effective marketing approach so interested beneficiaries can easily find us and engage with our resources.
