Designing the Framework for Youngpreneurs Training

In this initial phase, we explored how young people and youth organisations are using tools like personal branding, digital marketing, intercultural management, and leadership. The aim was to understand their level of awareness and how they apply these skills in education, training, and mentoring activities.

Developing the Youngpreneurs Training Curriculum

Based on the insights gathered in the previous research phase, this step focused on creating a comprehensive training curriculum tailored for young women. The curriculum follows a modular approach and covers key areas such as personal branding and digital marketing, intercultural management, and leadership skills — all essential for navigating today’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Transnational Mentoring Forums for Inclusion and Empowerment

This phase of the project focused on engaging young women through open and inclusive transnational mentoring forums held across partner countries. These events not only promoted digital learning but also encouraged participants to connect with and support people from disadvantaged backgrounds. The goal was to foster equitable spaces that reflect the needs of diverse communities and inspire active participation.
